The first document confirming the death of your loved one is the Certificate of Death (CoD). You will get it from the doctor who examined the deceased or in the health facility.
On the basis of the dispatch of the ID card and other documents of the deceased, either by the funeral service (also sends information about the funeral administrator) or by the medical institution, the relevant registry at the place of death shall issue to the surviving death certificate as the official document of death. Within three months of this issue, the notary shall initiate inheritance proceedings.
